  • Define What the Company Does

    The idea here is to get everyone in the organization on the same page, so if some one were to ask any employee in any position in the company the answer would always be the same. It can be a run on sentence as it's never released to the public. This is a crucial step, without it, each member of the company could have a different notion of just what the brand does to make money.

    Discuss this with you co-workers, partners, employees, etc... get on the same page, discuss it, work it out, then submit your answer.
